Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 12 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However, returns are possible for all orders/products.

Shipping & Delivery Policies
Cyclonix ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours*. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays. For areas serviced by reputed couriers, delivery time will be within 3 to 4 business days (business days exclude Sundays and holidays). For other areas, products will be shipped through alternative couriers and may take 1 to 2 weeks depending on location. At times, there might be unexpected delays due to unavoidable logistics challenges beyond our control, for which Cyclonix is not liable, and we request users to cooperate. Cyclonix reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where delivery is significantly delayed or the shipment is physically untraceable, and will refund the amount paid to your original payment source."
